since roo was born, we haven't been walking on the beach very much.
today, timmy and i both needed to get out of the house to save our sanity. so, we walked the footpath we know so well and followed it back to the beach.
with a baby on my chest and timmy's hand in mine, we had that beautiful beach to ourselves.
we used to take this walk everyday. starting tomorrow, we're doing it all again.

ReplyDeleteso good! there is something about the beach that seems to work so well at clearing the head and reviving you. Glad you can get yourself there again.
ReplyDeleteHow is little Roo going with his sleeping now? Still prefering your arms? Was thinking about it. Try feeding him not wrapped so that he stays alert and awake and doesnt fall asleep. Then try 'playing for a little while - max time awake about 1 to 1 hr15 min (incl. feed time) and then wrap him up and put him down awake.
its a draining time on everyone until they learn how to manage it all, isn't it? hope it gets better soon xx
