There is a baby a-growin'

the word on the street is that i'm pregnant. 

it's true.

today timmy and i went to the ultrasound place. the radiologist put cold jelly on my tummy and pressed hard on my enormously full bladder and i wished i had cheated on the whole drinking two glasses of water thing. within seconds i was in tears. really good tears. 

a little baby popped up on the screen. a little, tiny, squirmy baby.

i looked up at timmy and he had an enormous smile on his beautiful face.

we actually have a baby in there. it's real. very real. 

and we couldn't be happier.
